PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We take care of all aspects of managing the property such as but not limited to:

  • Collecting rents/fines/late fees.
  • Accounting of the property income and expenses on QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Maintaining the unit, coordinating and scheduling any required maintenance on the unit by third party vendors and/or submitting work orders to the Property Management/HOA on the owners behalf.
  • Paying any or all expenses related to the maintenance of the unit including property tax payments, home insurance, HOA dues and any other necessary expenses with the owners funds or company funds in which we will invoice the owner for reimbursement.
  • Point of contact for any tenant complaints.
  • Representing the owner with regards to any issues with the Property Management or Home Owners Association.
  • Granting access to the unit & submit Entry Permission Forms to the Property Management/HOA on the owners behalf.
  •  Discuss financial matters with the Property Management/HOA. 
  •  Speak to the Property Management/HOA on the owner's behalf regarding any violations against the unit and any other confidential matters.
  • Facilitating/coordinating any eviction procedures.
  • Anything else needed to manage and maintain the property.
